myRarity is an offer for the archiving of collections and is free of charge. The operators reserve the right to discontinue this offer at any time without giving reasons. The contents of myRarity may only be used for personal purposes. It is prohibited to include myRarity or individual parts of the web presence on other internet pages. Any use of the contents for commercial reasons is not permitted.

On transferring data to us, the user grants us the gratuitous, indefinite and non-exclusive right to use the contents or parts thereof, to duplicate, adapt, publish, translate, modify, process, distribute, as well as to adopt the data in other works or media. The user commits himself not to publish offensive, obscene, vulgar, libellous contents or contents which condone violence or are in anyway actionable on myRarity. Any breach of this rule shall lead to immediate and permanent blocking. We reserve the right to forward connection data, etc to prosecuting authorities.

myRarity offers the possibility to post photos of articles. Users are only permitted to publish photos of their own collectors items and the user bears the responsibility for this. It is possible to mark items on myRarity.com as “to exchange” or “to buy”. The exchange or purchase exists between the offering and interested party – myRarity does not participate in the transaction in any way.

We reserve the right to change the current terms of use at any time with effect for the future.
